He served for three years as Crusade Director for Clyde Dupin Ministries.

He is the author of three publications,
Wearing the Badge Without it Wearing You Down, Walking a New Beat, and the
Crusade Director’s Manual.  

He is a graduate of the Basic Police Training School at the West Virginia State Police Academy, has a M.A. in Ministry from
Carolina University of Theology and a Ph.D. in Religion from Christian Bible College in Rocky Mount, NC.

Pastor Brady Stephens
Pastor Brady was a full time law enforcement officer for 13 years beginning  with the Wood
County Sheriff's Department and ending with the Parkersburg Police Department.
He first became a pastor in 1987 while still serving with the Parkersburg Police Department.  
Since then he has served churches in Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, and North Carolina.  For
the past two years he has served here at Homeland
Community Church as Senior Pastor.
Brady is currently chaplain for Northern Correctional Facility in Moundsville, WV.  He has
served as chaplain for the Wood County Sheriff’s Department and for the police departments
in Newton and Wilmington, North Carolina.
