| What Is Clubhouse Ministries? |
| We are so excited to have your child participate in our Clubhouse Ministries! We think this program will be fun for them as well as help them grow spiritually and socially. We will meet every Wednesday evening from 7-8 PM throughout the school year. Our general rule will be: NO SCHOOL = NO CLUBHOUSE. Therefore when school is our for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break or any other holiday there will be no Clubhouse that evening. Likewise, if the weather is bad and Wood County Schools are closed there will be no Clubhouse. Your child will be earning awards at Clubhouse Ministries and we will have special awards ceremonies for them occasionally. They will bring home a folder every week with the activities they completed at the meeting and any letters home to parents. Please assist your child in remembering to bring their materials. They will eard points for bringing back their folders. These are called Praise Points and can be redeemed for prizes. They can also earn Praise Points for attendance, bringing a friend, bringing a Bible (if you child needs a Bible please let us know) and bringing an offering. We would like to extend an invitation to you and your entire family to join us for our Wednesday evening Bible study which takes place while the children are meeting for Clubhouse. We would also love to have you join us on Sunday mornings for our 9:30 Sunday School and our 10:30 Worship Service.
